The Nudge provides convenient telehealth appointments for mental health, medical weight loss, and primary-care needs—so you can meet with a licensed provider from the comfort of your home via HIPAA secure video visits, with optional in-office visits at our Wichita, Kansas office location if you prefer.
 
Mental health (online care):
 • ADHD evaluation & medication management

 All of these can be started via a virtual visit, with the option to be seen in person at our Wichita location.

Medical weight loss (telemedicine):
 • Nudge Fit program with video consultations, ongoing follow-ups, and tailored nutrition/exercise guidance
 • Evidence-based medications, including GLP-1 and GIP (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and low-dose naltrexone (LDN)—with safety information and structured titration plans provided by your provider.

Primary-care support (online):
 • Heart health: management of high blood pressure and high cholesterol via telehealth, plus lifestyle counseling.
 • Gut health: care for acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, and IBS through virtual visits and personalized plans.

Easy, secure, and transparent:
 • Video visits are HIPAA-secure, with clear self-pay pricing and many patients using their insurance copay when applicable. 
 • When medication is prescribed, we coordinate orders through FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacies that ship directly to your home for added convenience.

We ensure that your medical information is kept confidential and is only shared with your consent, except in cases where disclosure is required or permitted by law. How much does it cost?

At The Nudge, we believe quality care should be within everyone’s reach. Our telehealth services are designed to be both accessible and affordable, whether you have insurance or not.

The cost of your visit depends on the type of care you need and your insurance coverage. For many patients, the cost may be as low as their plan’s copay. Our self-pay rates are consistent across all services, making it easy to plan your care with confidence.

We accept all major credit cards, including CareCredit, and process payments securely through Square for your convenience. While our rates may occasionally change, we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

No insurance? No problem. You can still see our providers for medical, mental health, or weight loss care using our self-pay rates. At The Nudge, we’re here to support your health journey—no matter your coverage.

Can The Nudge handle emergency situations?

The Nudge does not offer emergency services.  If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, immediately call 911.

Can The Nudge coordinate care with my other providers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you'll need to complete a release of information authorization form in order for us to send your protected health information to your other providers.  The Nudge does not share you protected health information without your permission.

How long will it take for me to reach my goals?

Accepted Answer

The more willing and active you are in following the treatment plan you and your provider decide on, the faster you'll experience results.  Using active journaling to take note of your progress, setbacks, and issues you notice throughout the treatment process will help your provider improve your treatment plan.  The more committed and invested you are in yourself and your progress, the faster we can get you on the road toward better health.

What's the age range for patients your accept?

Our provider has the knowledge and is equipped to treat clients across the lifespan between the ages of 9 all the way to 70 years old.

What is expected of me as a patient?

Our top priority is your health and safety.  Patients are asked to have a blood pressure, pulse, height and weight prior to each visit.  We generally ask that you purchase an automatic blood pressure monitor and have a body scale to weigh yourself, if you don't already have one.

Here’s our recommendation for a budget friendly blood pressure monitor and here is our recommendation for a home scale to track your body weight.  This is one of the best devices to have in your home for keeping track of your vitals.

If you someone who really wants to take control of your health and are interested in any other devices we would recommend that you keep around the house, we strongly recommend this budget friendly pulse oximeter (keeps track of your blood oxygen, CO2 and pulse).  This device is not required but a good idea regardless.

Regarding billing, patients are responsible for paying their bills upon receipt. We get it, life happens…emergencies happen.  We ask you to contact us if you are experiencing financial difficulties and we will do our best to work with you.
